Developer track
Run by Muthu. Not yours to plan — flagged here for day-of awareness only.
Non-developer track
Run by Pranav Sood (GM, Charter). Split into functional groups by department, each facilitated by one of five coaches. You're supporting Pranav and the coaches directly. Curriculum for this track is already laid out in a separate document — link it here once it's finalized.
